"To yolk" is a term, originating from the Sanskrit root "yuj" often associated with Yoga, meaning "to unite" or "to join".

Moving to my yoga mat permanently still feels like a good option somedays. It gets fast and chaotic out there. I am at my best moving and breathing on my mat. So many of us crave deeper connection with ourselves, each other and with the divine. Yoga stills my mind enough and guides me back to the garden where I take my yoga practise off the mat

Join me on this divine, magical, wild ride with the faerie folk, the earth goddesses, the yogis and moon children, to yolk in peace and possibility.

Strawberry Moon Spell jars to manifest a Summer of Love

What is a spell jar?

Spell jars "house" intentions.  Think of a spell jar as a tiny home for manifesting your wishes. Each component of a spell jar has a purpose.

The essential oil, herb, plant and crystal combination is brewed through ritual and intented to be placed on your personal altars, in your sacred spaces, on your yoga mat, near your meditation cushion, on your dresser,  in your car, in your handbag, at your front door or wherever you desire.

Spell jars can help you to clarify what you are seeking and to reclaim your personal power.

Is this Witchcraft?

So much has been written and spoken about the archetype of witches.  What I have come to learn is that the craft has many, many, many sets and interpretations of ancient Practises.  It is deeply personal and connected to the natural cycles of mother earth.

I resonate with floral Faeries and some of the experience of Kitchen witches who tend to like to live life as a dance or ceremony, while purposefully, and as a ritual, seeking daily enchantment with the mundane. As a student of witchcraft I am learning and unlearning on a daily basis.

What do you align with? Choose a tool, experiment, play. The answers will come.  Magic is Afoot. Ahoooo. Find your power. ps.  the answer to the question is No.  All are welcome in this relm!

What is moon water?

Moon water is created by placing water outside, in a glass bowl on full moon evenings.  It is left overnight to be charged by the full moon.  Essential oil is added after a 24 hour period.  The aromatic water is placed in a spray bottle and can be used in ritual, as a room spray, purfume or any way that calls you.  The essential oil changes each full moon cycle.

What is the faerie dust body balm made of?

100% natural Shea Butter, Beeswas, Cocoanut oil

Glitter is optional

What is a Herbal Milk Bath Ritual?

Draw a bath to a preferred temperature.  Light some candles. Turn out the lights.  Slowly add mixture to tub.  Luxuriate in the pure pleasure of the creamy sweet water.  Allow yourself to feel held and nurtured by the magic water. Breathe in and out at your own pace. Focus on the sensations in the body as they rise.  Milk baths illuminate comfort and mothering.  Repeat as necessary.
